•70ml of walnuts,
•50g of fresh carrots,
•And a teaspoon of turmeric.

Method
Rinse the ginger root. Remove the skin and chop it finely.

- 1 Milky Plant bottle
Ingredients
- ½ scoop ginger root
- ½ scoop fresh lemon
Instructions
- Chop the ginger root finely.
- Skin the lemon and remove the pips, then cut it finely, saving all the juice.
- Add ½ scoop ginger root and ½ scoop of lemon to the blending compartment.
- Ensure you don't overfill the compartment.
- Fill the water tank with ice water.
- Place the bottle under the nozzle.
- Press the start button.
- Remove the bottle and chill for 20 minutes.
