This overnight oats recipe is also extra high in fiber as it adds the pulp left over from making your plant milk back into the oats!
Combining the oat milk, blueberries, almonds and chia seeds creates a beautifully rich flavor.
Train your palate to enjoy these subtle flavors and avoid adding sugar, sweeteners or syrup. Your body and your mood will thank you for it later.
This recipe is simplicity itself when you use a Milky Plant. And it’s well worth the evening prep time. It will give you a couple extra minutes of calm in the morning to journal, or plan your priority for the day.

Blueberry Almond Oat Milk & Overnight Oats Recipe for Your Milky Plant
Equipment
- 1 Milky Plant
- 2 Mason Jars
Ingredients
Blueberry Milk
- 25 g Rolled oats
- 25 g Almonds
- 25 g Blueberries
Overnight Oats
- ¾ cup Rolled oats
- 1 ½ Tbsp Chia seeds
- 1-2 Tbsp Oat & almond pulp
- 1 cup Blueberry almond oat milk
Instructions
Blueberry Milk
- Add all the ingredients to the blending compartment.
- Add water to the water tank.
- Press the button.
Overnight Oats
- Add all ingredients to the mason jars.
- Stir well until combined.
- Close or cover the mason jars.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Top with blueberries.
